RFID Video

Once again we are proved that this technology is present in our everyday life. It’s interesting how something so small and simple solves many problems. The implications of using this particular technology in business are important.
In this short commercial we can see that there are already companies that saw a business opportunity no in using RFID, but in commercializing the technology to others.

RFID started in military, but it's amazing how that same technology is bieng applied in a lot of different fields. Wireless identification is a really useful tool. What I thinkg is the most amazing fact is that all new technologies are applied in oure mobile phones.

We usually think that our phones just work to make phone calls, send messages, have some apps, and play some games. But, the true fact is that behind those uses there are a ton of new technologies applied; and I think we are just using a minimum percentage of what we can really use. And, as the video states, these kind of things just benefits people .

Interesting video to see what RFID is and what it is not. It was interesting to see how technology initially thought for the military could serve and shape civilian use. This gives us a hint that all technological developments can be reshaped to fit and satisfy other needs and wants we as consumers and business people have.
I particularly liked the tags, they are similar to the Beacons. I also enjoyed knowing that RFDI is a tool which helps us simplify our everyday lives in payments, cellphone use, etc.
