I'd take the 1 million dollars because it is a lot of money and I would just buy a few houses and rent them out to people so they pay every week or so and earn a stable income and live off that.

I would take 1 million dollars rather than get involved in the fantasy stuff because it would start my life off nicely and cover me for my student fees and stuff like that.
