Brain Food: How the brain works (1:36min)

1. Our brain has the consistency of Tofu - which is weird to think about. 
2. Neural pathways = roads within the brain. 
3. Information is passed along the neural pathways through electrical impulses and chemicals. I'm curious about how exactly this works. 

I have around 100 billion neurons in my brain, which have between 1000 and 10,000 connections to other neurons!
