McCaffrey and M Jordan have a Growth Mindset. McEnroe has a bit of work to do...

Paraphrasing:
People only see what we do on Saturdays (game days), they don't see all the 6am workouts.
— McCaffrey

I never chased the dream of becoming a professional athlete, I just played the sport because I loved it, and because of the work that I put into it, next thing you know, success was bestowed upon me.
— M. Jordan

These phrases caught my attention because they focus on the process, rather than the outcome, and this is one of the defining traits of having a Growth Mindset.

Growth Mindset:

Christian McCaffrey, College Football:
He talks a lot about teamwork.

I want to be known as someone who works very, very hard.

Michael Jordan, Basketball

Michael Jordan wasn't a natural. He was the hardest-working athlete, perhaps in the history of sport. As McCaffrey, he also mentions the importance of working with his teammates.

I learned the hard work ethics from my dad...

I just play the sport because I love it, and because of the effort I put into it.

I never feel that I'm at my best. I feel I still have room to improve. I still set goals for myself.

Fixed Mindset:

John McEnroe, Tennis
He mentions the expectations of other people, and putting a lot of pressure on himself.

At some point you have to accept the fact that you're not going to get any better; as a matter of fact you're getting worse
