You have to do the work.
The brain can change in three ways to support learning:
1. Through a change in chemical signalling - this helps with short-term memory.
2. Structural changes - this happens through repeated behaviour over time. In other words #practice.
3. Functional change - as you use a brain region more (see above) it gets more excitable (yipee!) and easier to use again. This causes the brain to shift when and how these regions are activated.
The best driver of change is your behaviour.
There isn't a one size fits all approach to learning. Every brain learn
Tips:
- Study how and what you learn best
- repeat behaviours that are healthy for your brain.
- practice - do the work your brain requires.
