This video gave me a hint of how and where I could apply AR in my professional life. AR could be used in sales. Without actually getting inside a car or real estate property, you could check all its characteristics. Many games could be developed. You could use your tablet or phone's screen to play in a real-life scenario where the game characters interact in the screen with real objects. This could also be used in sales or experiences inside stores. Students could enhance their learning experiences using text books and maps which employ AR to allow the to visualize what is being communicated.
I think one of the most important applications in which AR could serve in business creation is in designing and showing prototypes or MVPs (Minimum Viable Products). AR has great application in engineering and product demonstration. It is great to show investors or a focus group a first glimpse of the product without them actually having to feel it.
