1. When you think about grit and growth mindset, how do you "grade" yourself?
a. Growth mindset I think that I can learn what is need to be successful but at the same time I think I have grit. When I want something I show a lot of passion and don’t give up and do what I have to do to get what I need.
2. What connection do you see between growth mindset, grit, and schoolwork?
a. Growth mind set is someone that feels that they can continue to grow there interagency. Grit is someone who has passion and perseverance and you need both grit and growth mindset to do your school work even though. It might be tough at times with you mind set you can accomplish anything
3. What areas of your life have you had more or less grit?
a. I work has always had more grit because I am always giving my all and want to learn new things when I don’t know. What had let less grit was school [because I knew I was coming back but was not putting so much effort to go back but now that is going to change because I will put my all to school and work.
4. What areas of your life have you had more or less of a growth mindset?
a. The biggest was knowing how to be a parent it was not all about just me I had to think about my kids as well. Work I had to grow up and be more straight forward and learn more on how to run a business.
5. What do you think has impacted the grit and growth mindset you have had in the past?
a. At lot has to do with my kids being able to provide for them and show them that no matter what obstacles come across you anything is possible you just got to set your mind to [it and stick [to the plan.
6. What do you want to be true about your grit and growth mindset related to school?
a. I want to give my 100 percent and learn new things every day and even though it might get harder I can overcome it. If you set your mind I think anything is possible.
7. Is there anything you would like for your CCA to know that you think might impact your grit or growth mindset with school?
a. No that for her to have faith on me and never give up and if she see I need a little push or encouragement on my weak days to encourage me
